How I think.
I am someone who naturally visualises things as a matrix of connections- if I am speaking with you, listening at a meeting, reading research, enjoying a book. I look at life this way and drill things down into dollars, numbers, data. It just happens that I tend to smile as a default, and can communicate well across different cultures.
